An imposing former commercial building from around 1878 by Mawson, a.k.a. any permutation of Exclusive Exchange Café Bar, now a young persons' venue. Grade II Listed. Note that hours shown are those permitted by the licence. Also houses regional HQ of Ei Group's Craft Union Pub Company.
