Orford Hotel

This is a former hotel retains the public bar and lounge set up with a number of separate rooms in addition. It is becoming a welcoming community pub with many local events being held, live music and charity appeals. Built during the heyday of Greenall-Whitley and, as such, is a very imposing building with many fine features including the real open fireplaces throughout and original fittings in evidence. As it is "off the beaten track" it is often a pleasantly quiet pub, but does get busy at weekends and during event nights. Identified by CAMRA as having a regionally important historic pub interior.
