A friendly local. A Central bar surrounded by seating on four sides, creates an open plan pub but with distinct areas. The rear is mostly used for dining, the right side is more bar like with high tables and wooden floor. The rest is mixed use. Special nights most nights of the week. Tuesday night is quiz night including Play Your Cards Right. Some Saturdays have entertainment – eg singer. 2 meals for £10 offer is available most of the day until early evening. A free desert is offered with a main meal 12 - 3 (correct at time of writing - September 2014)
