The Turks Head, St Helens CAMRA pub of the year 2020 and 2021, is only a short distance from the town centre. It is an attractive black and white style pub built in the 1870’s. It offers a large range of real ales rotational on 14 hand-pulls every day, a selection of real ciders and has a large whisky and gin bar. Upstairs is the new tower lounge which offers cocktails and an extensive range of craft and continental beers. The lounge also has live music entertainment on every Saturday evening.
