Within the Harley Street Conservation Area, and one of two pubs that are listed, the now one room ground floor bar is pleasantly enough furnished in a faux-Regency style (the 'statement' chandeliers and and 'extravagant' gold-framed mirrors are a tad OTT) after a re-making in the 1990s. Further works in 2004/5 saw improvements that included a new back bar modeled on patterns of the Edwardian period. Tables and chairs are in an enclosed forecourt, with railings reinstated in 2009 on both the High Street and Nottingham Street frontages.
