Grade II listed building dating from 1882 in the gothic revival style. The name derives from Swiss merchants who used to be based nearby. This is one of Fuller's central craft beer pubs with no real ale; described as a "buzzing bar", and likely to have loud music in the evenings. The pub has various gastro residencies for a few weeks at a time, so if you want to eat do check menu and times on the pub website first. The food times given may vary according to the residency.
