O'Neill's

Opening hours

Built in 1886 as the Marlborough Head, becoming the Dog & Trumpet in 1974, later a Firkin pub and since 2001 a deceptively large Irish (but not Oirish) pub, very handy for Regent Street. In particular, check out the stained-glass skylight above the eating area and the oak/tile mix on the floor. Important sports matches (including Gaelic football) may be shown on the two big screens. Do not attempt the breakfasts on your own. Note that the licence does not permit alcohol sale before 10am.
