This friendly free house usually has a guest ale, often from local microbreweries. A wonderful old Hodgson's Kingston Brewery crest is displayed above the entrance. The front bar contains photos of the pub from times gone by along with a fine clocking-in machine used by the licensee's father 60 years ago. Dog-friendly, and on 'Tasty Tuesdays' all draft beer prices are reduced.
