Royal Oak

A gem of a country pub which has been in the guide for years AKA "The Tiddly" this friendly rural community pub welcomes locals, visitors, families and dogs alike. Six handpulls dispense three regular beers and up to three guests. Real cider is usually available. There is a real fire in both rooms for winter warmth and an extensive outside area for summer activities. A separate cosy dining room with 30 covers has locally sourced food and caters for parties, buffets & receptions. French classes on Tuesday mornings plus seasonal music evenings. Annual cider festival last Saturday of July. Also July charity dog walking day. Weekly Tuesday French conversation group.
