Plough Inn

This 16th Century country Inn is situated at the foot of the Quantock Hills. Walkers & Mountain Bikers always welcome. Starting or end point for many excellent walks. Large welcoming open fire in the colder season. Many beams decorated with brasses. Families are welcome. Virginia Woolf and husband stayed two days during their honeymoon in 1912. Exmoor Ale is sometimes replaced by other local beers. A takeaway menu is available. A new orangery has been opened.
