Rising Sun

The Rising Sun is a 15th-century pub in Knapp, right in the heart of rural Somerset, close to footpaths and bridleways. The bar is dog friendly and there is a wealth of beams and two inglenooks with woodburners. Located just 6 miles from Taunton (off Junction 25 of the M5), the "Riser", as it is affectionately known has an excellent simple and wholesome food menu. Roast dinners are served on a Sunday. ​
