Old Bakehouse

The Old Bakehouse is a fresh, modern addition to the eat & drink scene in Ludlow. Opened on 9th Dec 2017, it occupies a lovely brick building which was, unsurprisingly, a bakery at some point in the past. Its attractive brick and stone-work is fully exposed internally, which, along with the modern chunky tables makes for a very contemporary atmosphere. The bar area downstairs boasts three handpumps, one of which has, unusually, a real cider, alongside the two real ales. The accommodation extends up an airy staircase to an upstairs area, with plenty of seating. The main food offering is burgers, with the main ingredients sourced from two local family firms.
