A remote pub set in beautiful surroundings known as Mortimer Country - the Mortimer Trail passes nearby and there are a variety of local walks. Boasting its own large and very pleasant garden the pub has one large bar warmed by two wood-burning stoves. Traditional pub meals are available at all sessions. This was the original home of the now defunct Dunn Plowman Brewery back in the mid 1980's.
