New Inn

Opening hours

This 16th century former post office and pub was first granted a licence by Wrexham Brewery in 1850. The family run pub has an open plan layout with three distinct areas, the bar area having half tiled hardwood flooring, a real fire, and comfortable rustic style seating. Exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace stacked with logs make for a pleasant experience. Food and drink is sourced locally as much as possible. Dogs, walkers and cyclists are all welcome. Real cider stocked in Summer. New ownership May 2016. Three thirds paddle available for sampling the range. Although normally closed on Mondays, it does open on Bank Holidays (usually Sunday hours). Re-Paint & Refurb summer 2018.
