A picturesque roadside pub/restaurant dating back to the late Tudor period. Exposed beams, and many other unusual features. Large comfortable bar area with Darts, TV etc. In addition there is a snug area with large fire and comfy chairs. At the back is a small restaurant with a carvery area leading to the kitchen. A much larger pub than you expect when viewing from the outside. May open on Mondays in the event of a major football match. Sunday lunch is a carvery.
