There is a relaxed atmosphere in this large high ceilinged pub laid out with tables and chairs for dining as well as comfortable sofas and armchairs for those customers wanting convivial conversation with friends. Acquired by Portobello in 2021after 10 years as an Antic pub. The pub name commemorates the former Pratts department store in Streatham and the well known former local resident and hostess Cynthia Payne. Up to 6 real ales are available, usually including beers from Portobello as well as locally brewed ales. Kitchen Opening Times: 12-10pm Mon-Sat; 12-8pm Sun. TV (Terrestrial) shows major sporting events. Formerly Goose and previously Furze & Firkin, originally a Burton's tailors' shop.
