A tradtional free house run by the Turner family since 1986 and a favourite with many CAMRA members. The open-plan split level layout gives the impression of separate bar and lounge areas. The are six rotating guest beers available; many are from local microbreweries. The house beer "Bursley Bitter" is brewed by Tower in Burton-upon-Trent. CAMRA Potteries Pub of the Month August 2015.
