Titanic Brewery acquired this then closed pub in 2010 and reopened it following refurbishment. Handpumps dispense a choice of Titanic & Everard beers and a changing guest beer. Titanic Plum Porter is also a regular beer. Food is served throughout the day, using locally sourced ingredients. Sunday menu includes traditional roast, Monday is steak night and Tuesday curry night. An outdoor drinking area with its own bar is great on warmer days. Beer Festivals are held in spring and late summer in a large marquee at the rear of the pub.
