A gem of a village pub serving permanent Bass beer and several hand pumps provide constantly changing local guest ales. Formerly a restaurant, the pub is split into four main indoor areas with open fires. Food is served lunchtimes and evenings. A pleasant beer garden to the rear is popular in the summer months.
