A grade 11 listed building, believed to be from the 17th century. Re-opened in June 2018 after having been closed and derelict for 16 years. Owned by the adjacent Alton Bridge Hotel with whom it shares some facilities such as car parking and pub garden. A warm and comfortable pub. A carvery is served every Sunday lunchtime.
