Friendly and unspoilt inn on the village green, featuring a public bar and lounge areas. This is a pub for good conversation or a game of darts; the TV is only used for special events. The changing guest beer selection usually comprises two light and two dark ales. No meals are served but toasties are always available. The pub hosts regular busker and acoustic music nights. A former local CAMRA Country Pub of the Year.
