Large pub with a traditional interior, located on corner of busy junction about a mile from Seaburn sea front. Six handpulls offer a range of 5 guest ales, mainly from local breweries and 1 real cider. Wooden paddles are available for drinkers wishing to have thirds. Food is served all day including themed evenings. Note the large information board in the entrance detailing special meal deals and forthcoming TV games. There is a function room upstairs.
