Goat

The pub reopened as 'The Goat' on 15 July 2019. Children can go and play in the very large garden with climbing frame and an area for smaller children. Bus service is sparse - once a day Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday only, plus a school bus. Carvery Wednesday and Sunday, otherwise a fairly wide range of pub food with specials. Only burgers are served between 2.30 and 6pm on Fridays & Saturdays. May close earlier mid-week depending on trade. Can get exceptionally busy at weekends when the weather is good.
