The external appearance of this pub still suggests its previous life as a shop; it was formerly a draper's, and before that a greengrocer's. Within is a delightfully old-fashioned and cosy room with an L-shaped bar and beamed ceiling. At the rear of the pub is a paved area with benches including a large covered smoking area.
