Happy Cheese

This large single storey pub has a rustic style interior with a long bar. Food consists of home cooked traditional pub food, including a range of pies and burgers, plus a carvery on Sundays (from noon). There is a wide range of desserts, including an ice cream parlour offering 21 flavours. Outside is plenty of seating on the front patio and the garden to the side, which has a small children's play area. A new addition for May 2019 is a Post Office counter. Installed in the pub following the closure of the local Post Office, the counter is initially open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 2pm.
