Brushmakers Arms

Cosy, friendly country local with low beamed ceiling, stone/wooden floors, wood paneling on the walls and decorated with antique pictures plus some brushes. The bar serves four ales from various local breweries and a cider. Outside are benches at the front and in the pleasant rear garden. Modern pub food is supplemented by a varied specials board. A community pub that supports several local sports teams and events. The building is over 600 years old and has previously been a school and a brushmakers.
