'Rumba' and 'Shrimp and Burger' shared an address in the popular Bedford Place area of Southampton, located just north of the city's centre and parks. One of these places, maybe both have been replaced with Xoxo. We need to visit to find out, or if you know please post some feedback. This was the description for Rumba: By day it is a meeting place for the professionals who work in the area. By night it transforms into a bar, which opens late. The entrance to Shrimp & Burger is on Bedford Place, and Rumba is on Carlton Place, though a small door links the two internally. Food is offered both from a Main Menu and a Finger Buffet Menu.
