Opening hours

Having announced its closure in July 2020, the Stable is now under new operators (Sourdough South) and reopened June 2021. Our 2020 description of this venue was: A new build in Southampton's new 'Cultural Quarter' opened November 2015 as a 'Pizza Pies & Cider' emporium. A large airy interior with an open kitchen to the rear and a mezzanine above. Décor is a combination of mock stone and semi rustic pale wood. Seating is at long wooden tables & benches. Handpumps now used for real cider/perry only. There are around 60 ciders and perrys in total, 26 'bag in a box', the others keg or bottled, so it ought not to disappoint cider aficionados.
