A modern pub at the base of a residential block overlooking Ocean Village marina. Tastefully fitted out inside with plenty of wood and a bit of rustic stone. Three handpumps, though the number of beers available will depend on seasonal levels of trade - one can imagine this being very busy at the height of the yachting season, less so in winter. A terrace provides an outdoor drinking/smoking area.
