The Glue Pot is an unspoilt corner pub which is part of the historic stone built Railway Village built in the 1840s and the last open pub there. There are five Hop Back or Downton ales (some seasonal) and plans to add more as business picks up. Local CAMRA cider pub of the year for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, it stocks four real ciders. A range of sandwiches, wraps and subs is always available. Has an Allsopps logo on one window. Normally a quiet pub, but it gets quite busy at weekend evenings. There is a beer festival every Easter weekend.
