The Vaults maintains its high standards; a long, galley-style bar with five ale hand pumps usually offering at least two from Stealth Brew Co, plus other changing ales. There is normally at least one dark beer, plus up to three still ciders. There’s a good selection of bottles and tins from around the world. Paddles are available - three or five one third pint glasses. Conversation rules here, no loud music or fruit machines but a great atmosphere. The large cellar is often used for events ranging from quizzes, poetry club and a Christmas story evening every year. Dogs are welcome.
