Friendly, predominantly eating establishment, with a large restaurant area occupying most of the indoor space. Here one can purchase home-cooked food using locally sourced produce (including vegetables from their own garden), The pub has just been awarded a Michelin Star for 2017. The bar area comprises a delightful small room with a comfy sofa to relax in and enjoy the well-kept ales. There is occasional live music, but otherwise it is a quiet pub. Large or exclusive bookings can be accommodated in the dining area if required.
