Carpenters Arms

A pub of two halves, to the left it is an up-market 'la Cloche' pub with a terraced garden run by French ex-pats concentrating very much on French food. To the right is the lounge bar with comfortable seating, real fire, Sports TV and access to a large garden terrace, partly covered with heaters and with more seating. The lounge bar can be used by anyone, you do not need to be staying for a meal. Dogs are welcome in the lounge bar. The dress code is "smart casual" but will accept jeans and trainers in the lounge bar.
