Community owned pub, previously owned by Robinsons. Re-opened 16 December 2017 after eleven months of closure. Run by a group of enthusiastic local people who have worked hard to restore this cosy welcoming local pub to its former glory. A varied range of well kept beers is always available, usually including a mild or a dark beer. There is also a thriving scene of local events and varied activities. Gin Club on Sundays. NB closed Tues&Wed except when football is being shown on TV.
