Opened in December2020. A new "Gastropub" in a sensitive conversion of the grade II listed Tenant's Hall, a former meeting hall built in 1904. The pub is named after the sweet chestnut tree planted by a young Winston Churchill at Alderley Park in the early 20th century. Bus 130 passes the pub.
