Popular Victorian pub with bare-boarded single L-shaped bar. The interior is a blend of historic features, including an etched glass bar surround, and more contemporary styling touches. Has a separate children's play room with a CCTV screen in the rear bar to watch for falls and tiffs. Outdoor seating is available at the front during the summer months. Also has 18 bedrooms on the upper floors. Due for a refurbishment expected in 2015.
