This traditional back street corner local in the heart of Mumbles, dates from the 1860's, originally trading as the Victoria Inn. This was renamed in late December 2018, and now specialises as an Ale House, under completely new local private ownership, who have moved from a small micropub originally located a few hundred meters away in Dunn's Lane.
It's decorated in a traditional, but comfortable style and it retains some original features of historic interest including a well in the bar area - the source of water in the days when the pub brewed its own beer.
Live music plays most Sunday evenings and pop-up kitchens are often held on Monday Evenings, check their Facebook entry for info.
