Cakes & Ale

An independently owned Café Bar in the heart of Mumbles main shopping street, serving locally sourced food (including breakfasts), coffee and cakes during the day. Whilst in the evening, it becomes more of a traditional lounge and tapas bar. There is a small L-shaped bar at the rear of the modern, attractively styled long narrow room, with a couple of stools alongside. Whilst most of the seating is at the tables in the front of the room. On first impression, the bar appears only to serve keg & lager, this is because the three real ale hand pumps are located side on to the entrance and are not immediately visible as you enter the room.
