Under it's present ownership and management since 2016, this substantial three roomed pub has a strong local following. It has a reputation for good food and good value, and has nearly completed refurbishment with modern decor. Real ale is usual available and popular locally, especially Welsh breweries including; Tenby, Bluestone, Gower and the EvanEvans brands. There has been a break in availability during summer 2018. Regular availability through one or two handpumps is planned and it is hoped that it can be maintained through repair of temperature control in the cellar.
