Crown Inn

Popular locals pub that stands back from the road , close to a busy mini-roundabout. This ex-Wards Brewery house has made a recent welcome return to selling real ale after several years without. The guest beer is sourced from local breweries such as Chantry and Ossett. Breakfast & lunch are served Monday Friday in the Crown Inn Cafe with traditional lunch on Sundays. There is an Open mic night on Tuesdays with live music on Saturday and a DJ or Karaoke on Friday evenings. The outside area is to the front of the pub and there is a separate tap room with a pool table to the left.
