Reopened following a major refurbishment at the beginning of November 2018. Former farmhouse, hence the name. The interior has been opened out with several distinct areas served by a central bar. Specialises in Sizzling Steak dishes that are served from lunchtime until early evening. Imposing pub with an extensive garden area at the front of the building and a large car park and smaller outside seating area to the rear. Close to Herringthorpe Stadium and playing fields. Two regular beers are generally available plus a real cider. Cask beers are sold at a discount price on Mondays and there's a 20p discount for card carrying CAMRA members Tuesday to Sunday.
