Popular town centre bar with outdoor drinking area which has recently begun selling real ale again. The basement F.U.B.A.R. opens Thursday and Sunday evenings from 8pm to midnight and 8pm to 2am Friday and Saturday. There is a large open air area in front of the pub with parasols and heaters. The single real ale or cider is only available in the high house, but is not always available. The F.U.B.A.R. does not sell real ale. The pub has reopened under temporary management but is still being advertised for sale. It is also due to go to auction in early September. Now closed again and seeking new leaseholder.
