Estate type 1960's build pub on the corner of the main road through the village. Has been a regular outlet for the increasingly rare cask version of John Smith's Bitter. Handy for visits to the Butterfly Farm and Anston Stones and a short distance from the A57 trunk road between Worksop and Sheffield. Tesco Express store now in part of original outside area. Real ale is no longer available.
