A traditional pub on the edge of Crawley Situated less than a mile from the centre of Crawley and only 8 miles from the M23, the Goffs Manor is the perfect example of a traditional pub at the heart of its local community. A beautiful 15th century Grade II listed house, dating back to c 1450, this ancient building is striking in character and charm and was formerly the home of actor Peter Vaughan, Porridge’s genial Harry Grout. With a large and beautiful garden, incorporating its very own duck pond, featuring an island for the ducks to stay safe from foxes at night, as well as roaring log fires and oak beams inside for those darker and colder winter nights, the Goffs Manor has plenty of character and charm all year round.
