Crooked Billet

Opening hours

Very busy and much awarded restaurant with good food. No bar or drinking area - beer from the cellar. Tucked away to the north of the village down a narrow lane. Built in 1642 it operated as a smallholding selling locally produced ale from its tiny cellar. Now Paul Clerehugh has turned this into a much sought after fine food destination. Look out for the Midsomer red plaque.
