Chequers Inn

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this pub has a lovely outside seating area at the front under a grape vines. There is also a beer garden to the rear. The pub was built in the 15th Century and retains much of it's character, with beams and inglenook fireplace. The pub includes a restaurant which serves a range of fine food from its brasserie and a la carte menus,Has won the Hall & Woodhouse Dining pub of the year. At least two of the regular beers are on at a time.
