Kings Arms

This is a two bar local pub traditional community-style pub in the town-centre . Beers often include local and regional offerings with three beers usually on the bar One bar has a large screen and pool with a comfortable snug off, while the other is comfortable for socialising or for a good value meal. Built in 1575 it became an inn in 1675 and the refurbishment was sympathetic, retaining the original features of the building. It holds numerous events and themed evenings with special menu offerings.
