A country inn with a contemporary feel. on the village green with views of Beacon Fell to the front and its own campsite to the rear. There is a series of interconnecting rooms for dining, drinking and relaxing by real fires. Primarily a food-led pub, offering locally-sourced light bites to chef specials. Welcoming to walkers cyclists and dogs alike. Opposite the pub is the start of the 6-mile "Tasty Lancashire Cheese walk" Moorhouses Pride of Pendle is the regular beer, with guests from the Punch Taverns list
