Bistrot Pierre occupies a prominent position in the centre of Preston on Fishergate. Situated in a converted 19th Century Baptist church opposite Fishergate Shopping Centre it is just a short walk from the train station and Preston Guild Hall. Whilst primarily a restaurant the premises contains a bar where non-diners are welcome. Up to two cask ales are sourced from local breweries that rotate regularly.
