Volunteer

Built in 1866, the Volunteer is one of the smallest pubs on the island. A past winner of local CAMRA Pub of the Year. Up to five beers available including a local brew. No chips, no children, no fruit machines, no video games - just a pure adult drinking house and one of the few places where you can still play Rings and enjoy a traditional games night. Closed on Tuesday's otherwise as published. The Volunteer has now been thoroughly ''Perked'' and is a little and interesting gem.
